“With our new highly sensitive data protection feature, you can now store information like social security numbers and full bank account numbers in your CRM. This information is encrypted and includes a ‘click to decrypt’ feature, where users must click to view the value,” Webb told me.
Additionally Webb added, “You can control who sees the data using users and teams with our existing field-level permissions feature. Additionally, every time someone clicks to view the data, it is recorded in the audit logs. This ensures you have a clear view of who is accessing the data.”
