The HubSpot INBOUND 2024 conference has just finished, and I’m leaving Boston with serious excitement over the latest features centered of course around AI. These tools truly will revolutionize how we engage with customers, manage data, and drive business growth. Here are the key announcements focused mostly on Marketing Hub and my take on the features.
Introducing Breeze: HubSpot’s AI-Powered Revolution
HubSpot has officially launched Breeze, a comprehensive suite of AI tools designed to simplify workflows across marketing, sales, and service teams. The Breeze AI suite includes three core components: Breeze Copilot, Breeze Agents, and Breeze Intelligence, each offering unique capabilities to enhance your operations.
Breeze Copilot acts as a virtual assistant, seamlessly integrating into your HubSpot CRM to automate routine tasks and provide real-time insights. Whether you’re drafting emails, prepping for meetings, or managing customer tickets, Breeze Copilot ensures that you can focus on strategic tasks while it handles the busywork.

Shane’s take: AI becomes more accessible. Unlike ChatGPT and similar interfaces, Breeze Copilot makes AI easier to use by providing a guided experience in the tasks to be accomplished, while still offering the power of the open text box. More powerfully, Breeze Copilot now works in the browser, outside of HubSpot itself and can access content in the browser window.
Breeze Agents take this a step further by automating more complex processes. These AI-powered assistants include the Content Agent, Social Media Agent, Prospecting Agent, and Customer Agent, each tailored to specific functions within your business. Imagine having an AI that creates and schedules your social media posts, writes high-quality blog content, or even automates your prospecting efforts—all while you concentrate on growing your business. There are multiple Breeze Agents for marketing, content, social, sales and customer service.

Shane’s take: We’re used to generative AI , creating content we can learn from, where as agents can act on that content. Instead of just creating a blog post, image and tags, a Breeze Agent can auto schedule the post based on the best time of day, by channel and take more action. AI Agents are the next wave of AI and that wave is here.
Breeze Intelligence: Supercharging Data Management and Enrichment
Another standout feature from HubSpot’s announcements is Breeze Intelligence. This tool addresses one of the biggest challenges for marketing teams today: managing and enriching customer data. Breeze Intelligence pulls from a vast database of over 200 million buyer profiles, automatically enriching your CRM records with up-to-date information and insights. It also introduces a buyer intent feature, helping you identify which leads are most likely to convert, thus allowing your sales team to prioritize the highest-value prospects.

Shane’s Take: Last year HubSpot acquired ClearBit and now that data is being folded directly into HubSpot with a shot of AI to give it more power. You can take anonymous website visitors, track them to companies and even to executives giving you names and even contact to supercharge your prospecting efforts. Many more use cases such as profiling your database, filling in missing data etc.
Content Remix and Lead Scoring: Elevating Campaigns
HubSpot has also enhanced its Marketing Hub and Content Hub with game-changing features for content creators and marketers. The Content Remix feature uses AI to transform a single video into a full suite of content, including clips, audio, and written pieces, enabling you to maximize the value of your content assets across multiple channels.

Shane’s Take: The “wow” factor here is that HubSpot has partnered with HeyGen to create AI generated video featuring you (really you or anyone else on your staff) reading any script you like. You now have the power to deliver market reports, insights, and commentary via video featuring you or your company analyst or spokesperson—without ever stepping in front of a camera.
Additionally, the new Lead Scoring tool leverages AI to identify high-engagement, high-fit leads, making it easier for marketers to target and convert prospects effectively. When combined with HubSpot’s existing tools, these new features allow for a more streamlined, data-driven approach to lead generation and content marketing.
Why These Updates Matter
HubSpot’s latest innovations underscore a growing trend in marketing: the integration of AI to enhance efficiency, personalization, and data management. By embedding AI across its platform, HubSpot is not only making these advanced tools accessible to all businesses but also ensuring that they are easy to implement and use—no steep learning curves, just powerful results.
For businesses looking to stay competitive in an increasingly digital world, these tools offer a significant advantage. From automating mundane tasks to enriching customer data and generating impactful content, HubSpot’s new features provide everything you need to unlock growth and drive success.
From a Blank Textbox to a Guided AI Experience
As expected, HubSpot has taken AI from add-on features, to full integration into the platform with a powerful set of tools. Additionally, they’ve made AI more intuitive by building an interface (AIX = AI Experience) that makes guides or prompts you through the activities you want to accomplish, instead of having to type into the all-intimidating open text box.
These new features without a doubt will increase productivity, provide more insights and change how work is done. This is the start of AI as it should be and HubSpot is the platform to leverage it and transform your approach to marketing and customer engagement. Breeze is available now in all Starter, Pro and Enterprise packages.
