Infrastructure Maintenance 12-Month Agreement

Our proactive infrastructure monitoring ensures performance is occurring as expected and allows us to identify any potential attacks to the environment or necessary updates. As part of our regular maintenance, we perform off-site nightly backups as well as both general updates and security updates on WordPress servers, as well as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure cloud hosting servers.

Application Break/Fix 12-Month Agreement

Our 12-month agreement ensures expert handling of all break/fix activities with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to guarantee timely resolutions.
