The Platform Consulting certification provides a great foundational framework for assessing a client’s needs and building an implementation plan and recommendations for HubSpot. I use their suggestions daily in my sales and client onboarding efforts.
One of the most impactful courses I’ve taken from HubSpot Academy is the Growth-Driven Design course. This was a concept that I had heard of before, but as I progressed, I realized it’s about much more than improving aesthetics. It dives deeply into how refining your web design process can directly benefit your business. The course doesn’t just focus on the latest trends in design or flashy graphics. Instead, it teaches a strategic approach—how to thoughtfully plan, prepare, sustain and grow your online presence. One of my favorite benefits of HubSpot is their education/certification courses. My favorite is Inbound Marketing because it’s a nice refresher of marketing best practices. My future courses are the CMS training, AI for Marketers, and Breeze Intelligence.
Taking the HubSpot Sales Hub training and certification courses gave me deeper insights into prospecting, sales reporting and managing best practices for sales teams with different types of approaches. With these best practices in-hand, learning how to apply them to HubSpot has helped us set-up incredible sales processes for our clients and ourselves!
I’ve taken a few HubSpot Academy courses and learned a lot from every single one. But I’d say my favorites come down to Service Hub Software, Growth-Driven Design, and Content Marketing. The Service Hub Software course allowed me to familiarize myself with the Service Hub features before we moved our support system there, which helped with a smooth transition for our clients. The Growth-Driven Design course provided insights into how I could more effectively lead website projects in a way that works best for both our team and our clients. And finally, I love writing, so the Content Marketing course was a great refresher on best practices and effective strategy creation. I also plan to take Inbound Service and AI for Marketers in the future!
The HubSpot Marketing Hub Implementation Certification was a game-changer for me. It helped train me to better service our clients and improve engagement through the use of various marketing tools available in HubSpot.
