With an entrepreneurial history in technology and development, including a role as Internet Developer #2 at the CME Group, Shane started Gate 39 Media in 2002 to focus on serving the unique marketing and technology needs of the futures industry. His ongoing involvement in industry organizations such as the Financial Communications Society, National Agri-Marketing Association, NIBA and ALTSO is a clear extension of his dedication to the financial community.
Shane oversees custom applications, development, and technology at Gate 39 and is ready to discuss streamlined solutions to ensure operational efficiencies, growth, and support of financial firms while factoring in compliance and scalability.
Chief Marketing Officer
Spending the last 16 years in progressive marketing roles in the financial space (with a stint as an adjunct professor), Sarah brands herself as a “Marketing Swiss Army Knife” for the financial industry. Specializing in digital content development, distribution, and marketing automation, she is an Infusionsoft Certified Partner and is a member of the Financial Communications Society and WILD.
With a keen focus on measurable marketing campaigns designed for lead generation, Sarah manages the planning, development, and implementation of a range of marketing strategies for Gate 39 Media clients.
Director of Technology
Sean brings more than 25 years of technical leadership and software application development expertise. Most recently, he served as Lead Developer at the Chicago Sun-Times responsible for website development in addition to application and services development. He was also previously engaged as Director of Technology for a large real estate brokerage and is as an 11-year veteran in the professional services industry.
Sean is an advocate of People, Process and Product and seeks to make the most effective use of development tools, technologies, processes, and the team.
Sean has served in a variety of development roles in the publishing industry as the only developer as well as part of a larger team. Coupled with a varied background encompassing management of large technical projects, effective communication and enterprise application development Sean is committed to stable, scalable code as well as lean processes.
Sean is an active member of the WordPress community attending and speaking at regional meetups and has had code contributions included in WordPress.
Client Services and Marketing Coordinator
Implementing organizational strategy for a range of projects, Megan fosters continuous momentum of success and strength in our marketing division. She is a multi-skilled professional with a track record of improving existing projects, generating fresh ideas, and assisting with the development of new initiatives that are aligned with company and client goals. In her role, Megan focuses on establishing a positive teamwork environment while maintaining effective leadership through constructive and meaningful communication. The ultimate result of Megan’s hard work is a consistent list of happy clients.
Digital Marketing Strategist
Daniel is a creative marketer who has learned to love the world of analytics. After starting his career writing copy for radio ads, he pivoted to marketing and optimization of advertising efforts.
With several years of experience developing marketing automation programs in the automotive, software, and pharmaceutical industries, Daniel brings a unique perspective to Gate 39 Media. Through collaboration with clients and internal resources, Daniel is a HubSpot Certified Professional who helps to bring HubSpot campaigns and their assets to life.
Manager, Business Development
Craig Holliday is a business executive with 10+ years of experience in the alternative industry and 25+ years with top firms such as MCI, Sprint, C&W, and AT&T serving in a range of leadership roles in enterprise sales, product marketing, management and technology.
As VP of Marketing and Client Services for an agricultural commodity fund, he helped grow the fund from $28M to $135M AUM and has served in business development roles for alternative investment firms serving Hedge Funds, FoFs, Family Offices, Institutions, Endowments, and Foundations.
Craig brings first-hand experience working with alternative investment firms to provide superior marketing, sales and technology services to Gate 39 Media clients.
Amanda is an analytical and creative designer who has a passion for User Experience, User Interface, and Graphic Design. With experience working on digital teams at an investment management firm, as well as experience as the lead UX/UI Specialist in an agency setting, she provides the thought leadership and skills necessary to help move our client’s digital experiences forward.
Amanda has produced innovative, unique, and user-centric visual designs for over 25 organizations in the last 3 years, which has grown her insights on how to best incorporate processes and streamline projects.
